Position: Programmer Analyst Location: Lancing, MI Duration: 1 year A. Description of the requested work, including deliverables and knowledge transfer Major duties are software analysis, programming, testing, implementation, documentation, user and technical training and will include at minimum: • Transition of MAPS system maintenance to state analyst • Knowledge transfer of MAPS system to state staff • Create/ Update MAPS SUITE system documentation to DTMB standards • Create/ Update Configuration Management process to adhere to DTMB standards • Update application to current technical standards • Interface successfully with federal PMIX system B. Any specific regulations, requirements or expertise applicable, including specific background/security checks required. • Thorough knowledge of the Michigan MAPS application • Ability to work with state to transfer knowledge of MAPS application • Business knowledge of prescription/pharmacy processes • Ability to work with State Staff to enable state staff to maintain and update MAPS system without assistance from contractor. • Knowledge of SUITE processes & state standards • Knowledge & experience in Configuration Management. • Knowledge Project Management processes & DTMB PMO standards. • Knowledge of state & federal regulations & requirements in regards to the prescription/ pharmacy processes. Background check by state of Michigan will be required The technical environment for the Michigan Automated Prescription System (MAPS) is expected to be updated during 2011 to the following versions, depending on compatibility: • MS SQL Server 2008 • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 • Web Server: IIS 7.5 .NET Framework 4 • Crystal Reports 11.5 • Business Objects XI • Business Objects Desktop Intelligence version 12 • Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 .Net Current Environment C.
