Senior Security Administrator Cleveland, OH 6 months Job responsibilities include: * Monitor mailboxes for Security Administration, SPAM, URL, and Antivirus requests, and service internal requests for administration assistance * Converts requests into HP ServiceCenter tickets * Add/move/change/delete accounts for the platforms outlined above. * Utilize supplied tools to define Active Directory Windows file share groups and to manage NTFS authorization grants * Add Exchange email accounts and execute Global Address List updates * Maintain user account information in the P-Synch centralized password reset utility * Support requests and troubleshooting of Postini SPAM filtering solution * Support requests and troubleshooting of IronPort URL blocking as well as usage reporting requests * Support requests and troubleshooting of eTrust antivirus solution * Support of other miscellaneous internal initiatives and requests including, process optimization, audit support, ongoing health checks of various services, etc. OTHER SKILL/BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: General PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) required, as well as ability to use character- and block-mode terminal interfaces to Unix and Mainframe environments, respectively. Organizational skills, strong work ethic, efficiency and attention to detail are a must. Brief Job Outline * BUSINESS FUNCTIONAL AREAS SERVICED: Will provide IT security administration of computer accounts including both access to systems and authorization grants for access to applications and information contained on those systems. Will provide administration support for various other security services include web filtering, email SPAM filtering. * SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS OR TECHNOLOGIES SERVICED: Administers security on all infrastructure platforms that are centrally supported by the corporate IT organization. Primary platforms include, but are not limited to: Microsoft Windows/ADS, z/OS Mainframe/TopSecret, AIX Unix, SAP ERP platform, Oracle ERP platform, LDAP, IDMS and various RDBMS.
