*Data/SQL/Excel/Reporting:*
1. Design SQL reports/queries for reporting request – Moderate to
advanced SQL skills
2. Modify SQL reports/queries to improve efficiencies – knowledge
of tools and methods required for analysis and implementation
3. Database maintenance - Clean out bad/old data , data integrity
4. Imports - Data manipulation and SSIS
5. Use excel to analyze data to identify trends and issues and make
recommendations to management and external departments
6. Edit sales report as new items/products are added
*Sales Analysis:*
1. Full understanding of sales and product offerings
2. Answer questions regarding sales when it arises from Accounting
3. Maintain sales report
*Commission Analysis:*
1. Understand MLM compensation plans
2. Audit commissions after each commission run to identify any
potential issues
3. Trouble shoot commission issues and payout discrepancies
4. Analyze and test compensation plan change proposals and recommend
improvements
*Departmental Assistance:*
1. Support customer service leads and supervisors if escalated issues
are beyond their scope
2. Answer questions regarding compensation plan, commissions, sales
and other data needs for all departments on a daily basis.
3. Research for compliance
4. Generate report data as needed (Sales. Growth, member data, etc.)
5. Sales Analysis for Accounting Department and execs
6. Research potential errors in the system escalated from leaders in
the field
7. Education Customer Service and other affected departments of new
changes
*Development and Relationship with 3rd party software vendors:*
1. Full understanding of internal and 3rd party software
applications and be able to support all departments that have questions
regarding them
2. Escalate support issues to 3rd parties as needed
3. Modify / update software application configurations to support new
products and or features
*Requirements:*
1. College degree or equivalent experience
2. MLM experience
3. SQL experien. Proven data analysis skills
4. Strong customer service skills
5. Have a good overall knowledge and understanding of MLM
6. Strong
attention to detail
7. Diligent problem solver.
8. Strong understanding of Compensation Plans
9. Strong grasp of binary structure and lineage structure.
10. Good reporting skills
11. Good communication skills.
12. Good follow through
