The conversion has been completed and they are looking for a senior resource to manage the end to end operations for this new platform including day to day operations ( across 4 regions) and should have knowledge in ( but not limited to) the following: • Release & Change Management • Web Services, Pershing Dashboard • Knowledge of Metrics, SLA management, • Broad Knowledge of underlying infrastructure like Network, P2P, Citrix etc. • Strong experience in managing operations for similar platform in a FI would be a advantage Note: The role involves a lot of interaction / coordination with multiple teams & senior management.
