Thank you. *Weblogic Admin/Developer* Requirement overview & Key selection parameters: 1. 7 + years of expertise in Design, Architecture, Administration & Support of complex web environments 2. Hands on administration experience & knowledge on latest versions of Oracle WebLogic is mandatory 3. Good experience of *Administrating WebLogic Portal* 4. Good understanding and administering of web technology (*Apache, JBOSS, Tomcat*, etc) 5. Exposure to *Oracle & Unix* 6. Excellent inter personal, written and verbal communication skills is essential Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but not limited to the following: 1. Perform application deployments 2. Coordinate , assist & work with developers / vendors & other internal teams to troubleshoot problems related to web architecture and the application environment 3. Perform routine support & other scheduled maintenance activities 4. Coordinate with the Configuration & Release management team whenever necessary 5. Responsibilities may include minor development activities using *Java/J2EE* and other web technologies on Unix platforms 6. Good understanding of web hosting technologies and ability to analyze and resolve performance issues 7. Provide off-hours or extended support as needed 8. Understanding of ITIL service delivery mechanism / framework would be an added advantage 9.
