Discription : For the BA, 2-3 years Property & Casulalty experience and Policy Admin. skills are a plus. Should understand the policy life cycle (transactions) and administration from both a home office, agent and consumer perspective. Must have 6+ years of hands on BA project development experience, i.e. business requirements definition, defect triage, testing, etc. In addition, experience with call center is a plus.
