There is very heavy specification writing in all of these. Candidate must have strong technical and functional writing skills to convey requirements to programmers. *1) HR Systems Sustainability and Supportability* SAP HR BA will need to have knowledge of payroll processing (preferred ADP US and Canada) and have a good understanding of interface processing with vendor. We have several large requests that are related to payroll that this person will need to work with the business to define requirements and design for ABAP development. *2) HR&A - Geographic Expansion* SAP HR BA for this project needs to a good understanding of design for a global template to rollout to new countries in a more timely matter. The project also includes the completion of the HR/Payroll setup for Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. * * *3) Implement HR Technology, Governance, Direct Access, and Digital Framework * SAP HR BA for this project must be a strong HR processing person and deep knowledge PA/OM infotype processing. This project is the continuation of the rollout of new functionality for MPower (Manager Self Service). They must have a good understanding of other technology interfacing (SharePoint, Sitrion, InfoPath Forms, Web Parts, Active Directory) with SAP, it is not my expectation that they know these technologies as developers but to clearly understand tools outside of SAP and how they interact with SAP. They must also have a good understanding of BAPI processing in SAP.
