Location: NY/NJ/CT Duration: 12 Months Rate: market Role:MDM Project Manager *Required Skills:*** 1) Experience of developing and implementing an MDM strategy leveraging the capabilities of Oracle CDH and PDH in an environment with multiple legacy applications *Responsibilities: *** This position is the project manager of the Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy Project and provides expertise to achieve the following: - Delivery of an MDM Strategy including a roadmap that reflects the drivers and priorities for the Client enterprise - Documentation of business processes and requirements related to MDM capabilities - Delivery of a set of architectural artifacts that describe the Conceptual, Logical, and Physical solutions for Customer and Product MDM solutions according to the Client reference architecture. - Creation of a high-level solution for the adoption of MDM in consideration with the strategic applications/services solution approach. - Proposals for key processes such as governance, metadata, security and data quality that are in-line with the strategic projects. - Detailed Project Plan for the MDM strategy, architecture and high-level solution approach. Through interaction with business and IT, the MDM Project Manager is responsible for delivering a well-socialized strategy document that is accepted by Client Leadership and can be used as the guidance for current and future MDM solutions projects. This will include MDM Requirements gathering from a high-level capabilities perspective for the enterprise, business processes, high-level requirements for the driving projects, architecture from the conceptual levels through the physical levels, and detailed Project Plans and budgets reflecting best practice approaches. *Expected Deliverables:*** a) Provide direct leadership to the MDM Strategy team and ensure alignment of team accountabilities necessary to successfully produce all deliverables, which include but are not limited to – 1. MDM Strategy and Roadmap 2. MDM Requirements 3. MDM Foundational Elements 4. MDM Reference Architecture 5. Detailed Project Plans 6. Detailed Budgets b) Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are defined for the Team and the execution of the MDM Strategy. c) Evaluate resource and team performance d) Drive the project team to ensure everyone is working on the appropriate deliverables and tracking to plan.
