Need Program Manager Location: Houston TX Duration: 8 Months Skills: • Demonstrated experience leading global programme with regional deployments. • Outstanding leadership and change management capabilities. • Full knowledge of PDF and PDF “certified” through training. • Experience with technical software development project management. Additional challenge: software is co-developed with Yokogawa. • Knowledge about software running in Real-Time and Closed Loop; awareness as a minimum. No need to be able to make decisions on technical matters. • Willing to be “hands-on” regarding project documentation set-up, progress reporting, etc., i.e. we do not need somebody that will delegate all the work and only manages. • Awareness of “Scrum with release management” software development methodology. • Awareness of TFS (Team Foundation Server) and software quality assurance.
