Please note that this individual will be part of the International email team, not domestic NA. The individual will be situated in Plano , TX . Role: • Provide day-to-day messaging/AD support, including Windows 2003/2008 and Exchange 2003/2007 administration, 2nd level user support including Outlook Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices, along with monitoring and maintenance of the environment. KEY SKILLS NEEDED/REQUIRED: Focus is on these skills which are bolded for your attention. Candidate MUST have all and should be clearly detailed on your resume: • Exchange 2003/2007 administration and deployment • Active Directory administration and deployment • Outlook 2003/2007 client support • BlackBerry (BES) 4.x and 5.x administration and deployment • Windows Mobile / ActiveSync device support Overall Skills: • Windows 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2003 & 2007 server - Required 3 Years experience. • TCP/IP including DNS, WINS, SMTP, SNMP, FTP, and HTTP - Required 3 Years experience. • Active Directory - Required 2 Years experience • Outlook 2003/2007 - Required 2 Years experience • Office Communications Server - Desired • Enterprise backup systems - Required 2 Years experience • Experience with utilizing enterprise monitoring utilities (MOM) - Required 2 years experience • Strong knowledge of Intel servers, configurations, Disk I/O systems, SAN technologies, and clustering is required with extensive proven experience in implementations of these technologies. • Knowledge of SMTP mail flow and SMTP appliances. • Knowledge of Anti-Virus design and implementations, anti-SPAM techniques and strategies. Required skills: Outlook, Blackberry, Windows Mobile Devices Desired skills: Scripting, Entourage Client • Fluent speaking/writing Spanish would be an added bonus, but not required.
