3850-1 Web (Websphere) Infrastructure Specialist Farmington Hills, MI – MAY NEED IN-PERSON INTERVIEW Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Plan, design, develop and implement Web infrastructure solutions based on J2EE and related components. Hands on administration experience using IBM HTTP Server (HIS) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) required along with strong analytical and communication skills. Specific tasks include: configuration and support of existing and new J2EE applications; collaborating with hosting provider to implement upgrades and other changes as needed to ensure the environment is supportable and utilized in a effective manner; writing scripts, implementing monitoring capabilities and capacity planning as necessary to ensure stable operation. Skills: Knowledge in Web Architecture Working knowledge of different J2EE frameworks and design patterns.
