This partner acts as the primary interface to the user community and must be an expert in the business process involved, so they can act as a facilitator, architect, and implementer. Must be able to document designs and communicate any code requirements to the ABAP development team. *Will be responsible for*: - Responsible for configuring and supporting the SD, LE - Designing, developing, and implementing new processes and systems. - Develop specifications for system enhancements. - Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality. - Develop documentation for systems and processes - Mentoring, coaching, and developing partners *SKILLS REQUIRED:* - Must have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with SD - Experience with IS/OIL (catch weight), Formula Based Pricing (Commodity Pricing), COPA . IP (Incentives and Paybacks) optional. - Deep knowledge of SD Capabilities with regards to the following: order management, rebates, shipping, billing, EDI/IDOC processing and any other relevant areas of the product offering. - ABAP basics, reading and debugging. - Strong experience with pricing configuration. - Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions. - Must have participated in at least 2 full life-cycle implementations from requirements gathering to go-live. - Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent communication and relational skills required. - Must have a focus on customer satisfaction. - Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision. - Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly. - Must be a strong team player. - Must be willing to travel occasionally. * * * * *Position: SAP CRM Developer* *Location: San Diego, CA* *Duration: 3 + Months * *Rate: DOE * We are in immediate need of eight (8) CRM developers to support the stabilization efforts of one of our client’s Dispensing initiative. The focus of each developer will be on general production support, including break/fix issues and ICSS enhancements.
