Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SQA/SCM (Software Configuration Management) tools. Experience working with SQA to develop tests and plan remediation. Demonstrated ability to manage software interfaces and other inter-system dependencies. Demonstrated experience with OOA/D/P, UML, design patterns, frameworks, and tools. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Flex 3.0 & 4.0 Demonstrated experience writing FlexUnit test cases Demonstrated ability managing Flex projects builds Excellent communication skills (including presentation, verbal, and writing). Demonstrated ability to work with other tech leads and teams to resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. Desired: A good understanding of secure software development practices. Experience developing custom components and skins Experience with ant and XML Experience in profiling of Flex applications Experience in high-performance application development. REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.
