*Minimum Requirements:*



7+ years of PeopleSoft System Administration experience

Strong analytical and technical aptitude

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Upgrade Assistant and Change
Assistant tools

Required to have performed a complete major application upgrade and tools
upgrade in HCM version 8.9 or higher as well as PeopleTools 8.4x or higher

Experience with PeopleTools 8.4x and 8.5x

Knowledge of PeopleSoft reporting tools and technologies (PS QUERY, XMLP
reports, SQR, Crystal Reports, nVision)

Oracle 10g/11g knowledge

Experience with Oracle database tuning and administration including instance
performance monitoring, table space utilization, schema object management,
database capacity planning, *bottlenecks* and *offensive* SQL activity
monitoring resolution

Experience with Web tier and App tier tuning on PoepleSoft

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager preferred



*Description:*



PeopleSoft Upgrade (Tools and App) experience is a must, preferably 9.1
experience desired with HCM

Experience with PeopleSoft Client, PeopleTools, App Server, BEA
WebLogic/Tuxedo/Jolt, Process Schedulers, Change Assistant, App Designer,
Data Mover, Integration Broker, Crystal Enterprise & nVision

Experience in installing PeopleSoft in Virtual environments and involved in
major application and tools upgrades

Plan and manage the installation of application patches, projects, tools,
maintenance release on development, test, QA and production environments

Work with developers and end- users to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot
problems and deliver recommendations in an efficient manner

Responsible for DBA functions associated with efficient design, security,
proper redundancy through back-ups and disaster recovery and maintaining
recovery

Proactively plan for future capacity requirements by calculating growth of
the application in the areas of database size, number of end-users and
application functionality

Identify and participate in application architecture solutions for improving
the reliability, performance and availability of the systems

Provide technical administration and migration support for various
PeopleSoft environments

Create and maintain system documentation

Experience in Peoplecode and SQRs is desired
