*Job Title: QA Tester.* *Location: Indianapolis, IN.* *Duration: 3-6 months Contract.* *Rate: $40-45/hr on C2C MAX.* *Will hire off a phone interview* *REQUIRED: * - At-least 2 years of experience in penetration testing (security testing from external sources.) - In-depth understanding of ethical penetration technology methodologies and best practices. - Knowledge of networking and vulnerability scanners or network-based and application-level attacks and mitigation methods. - Experience developing and breaking web frameworks, to include using Cross-site scripting (XSS), CSRF (Cross-site request forgery) and SQL Injection. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Experience with WebServices and API related testing (REST/API calls for example). *DESIRED:* *- Experience with Rational AppScan is STRONLY DESIRED * * - Experience with HP, Fortify or other IBM Rational Security Tools. (Fiddler, Fortify 360, etc.) * *DESCRIPTION: * The ideal candidate must be able to understand complex systems and utilize that in-depth technical knowledge creatively to identify and recreate potential vulnerabilities. Responsibilities include: - Conduct security assessments and audits (look at architecture and identify gaps & vulnerabilities) - Perform ethical hacking & penetration testing to safely recreate real-world attacks to proactively pinpoint critical security weaknesses. - Analyze test results and report on critical exposures, to include mitigation steps. - Educate and train other QA Analyst on ethical hacking and penetration techniques. * Thanks & Regards....?
