- Oracle EBS R12 OTC or PTP



- Techno Functional experience



- Experience leading a global eBS support team – managing user tickets,
minor enhancements, application availability.



- Familiar with ITIL Processes







Responsibilities/Deliverables



Coordinate the following activities:



•         Resolution of user tickets,



•         Gather requirements for  minor enhancements, configuration
changes.



•         Troubleshooting interfaces, reports and workflow issues.



•         Job Monitoring and providing on call support.



•         Manage client interaction, SLAs and performance reporting.
