Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Redmond,VA
Duration: 6+Months
Rate :$40/hr
*Job Description*:
*Position is responsible for:*
* Developing Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, Functions, Packages,
Triggers, Object Types, Views, SQL scripts to facilitate the functionality
for various modules.
* Performing software design, development and software testing.
* Developing complex SQL queries.
* Requires limited travel, 2-3 trips per year.
* May be required to work extended hours.
*General Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or
equivalent work experience.
* 5 plus years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, SQL*Plus experience.
* 2-3 years experience data modeling experience (prefer Erwin or TOAD.)
* 2 - 3 years experience using TOAD or similar and DevTrack or similar.
* 2-3 years experience using Oracle performance tuning required.
* An energetic self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational,
and multi-tasking skills.
* Achieves goals, objectives and milestones in an accurate and
consistent manner.
* Looks at the “big picture” as well as the ability to drill down in the
detail as well.
* Ability to take end-to-end ownership of tasks in a multi-technology
environment.
* Requires strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skill.
* Ability to write professional and technical documents and procedures
is strongly preferred.
