The candidate will be responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation analysis efforts to develop a Management Information system/architecture in support of a SOA based JEE based software system with a user base of 30,000 – 50,000 users. Required Skills * Minimum of 11 years of IT experience. * Solid technical experience with requirements analysis efforts for large scale successful IT system implementations. Demonstrated experience as a system requirements lead is a must. * Demonstrated experience of at least 6 years with requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation for Business Intelligence, Management information and Data Warehousing projects/solutions/systems. * Prior experience with documenting metrics for Management Information in the form of a Fact/Qualifier Matrix is a must.
