Job Title: SSIS Developer with Macys experience Location: GA Duration: 4+ Months Client will do a straight face to face this week for this. No phone screen. *Job Description:* *Must have previous Macys experience or retail experience and SSIS...no exceptions.* Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to our clients standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity. Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems. A top level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge. May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:* Must have experience with SSIS. Must have previous Macys experience Strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail. Advanced understanding of analytical techniques such as logical data modeling and process modeling. Knowledge and skills related to additional technical tools are a plus (Visio, data modeling tools, window prototyping tools). Ability to effectively learn and use new programming concepts, tools, and methodology to support the needs of the business. Strong functional understanding of the assigned retail business area (logistics, credit, and so forth) and how it interacts with other areas of the business and detail processes. Overall understanding of our client's suite of systems and their interdependence is a plus. Strong understanding of emerging technologies and systems development best practices. Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels. Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills. Advanced presentation (written and verbal) communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business. Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members. Advanced PC Windows skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project or other project management tools). Strong understanding of our Client's Solutions Framework.
