Candidate should be familiar with auditing and compliance standards. Must be CISA certified. The candidate must be experienced with Sarbanes-Oxley application security and software change control compliance including working with auditors and with a successful track record of passing audits. As new compliance legislation impacts CLIENT, e.g. FCPA, Safe Harbor, the consultant will assist in assessing the impact and create a strategy for meeting these new requirements. The person will be responsible for interfacing with any and all departments to ensure the continuance of the high standards set in Compliance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -An IT Audit Consultant is being sought. This role encompasses assisting with enterprise wide relationships, assisting with all internal and external IT audits, and assisting with the relationships between the IT Compliance and Audit Finance throughout the enterprise. -Reviewing and updating of IT departmental narratives on an as-needed basis. Creating testing templates, and plans, for use throughout the IT organization. Planning, coordinating, and executing various projects across the areas of audit and compliance. Overseeing remediation efforts when necessary. Partnering with IT Security Contribute in the drafting RFPs and managing the proposal process for any IT Compliance projects to be conducted by 3rd parties. -Monitoring/final review of quarterly SOX self-assessments for completeness and accuracy.
