Position: SFDC Business Analyst (PRM) Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: 1 Year * Job Description: Duties: *SFDC Business Analyst will primarily focus on the implementation PRM application on SFDC Platform thus requiring in-depth knowledge of SFDC Platform with understanding of out of the box, configuration and customization options and limitations. This person will work as liaison between Business and IT/Development. In addition this person will be responsible for: . Creating and Documenting Business Requirements, Use Cases and Functional Specifications including detailed process flows . Working with Business and IT stakeholders, propose solutions meeting business needs and minimizing SFDC customizations . Creating, documenting and Executing (UAT) Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Results . Managing UAT sessions and Project communication . Issue Management and Tracking . Status Reporting and Tracking . Setting and Managing Expectations *Skills: *Overall experience of 6-8 years as a business analyst Strong experience as a BA in PRM implementation projects using SalesForce.com (SFDC) in a large software company for 3-4 years. In-depth knowledge of SFDC Platform and Concepts in relation to PRM Thorough understanding of various data base technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
