Senior Solaris - Systems Engineer – Candidates MUST already be local to Chicago, IL 6 Months Contract Chicago, IL Responsibilities of the Systems Engineer include the following: • Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. • Advanced verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals. • Ability to analyze comprehensive system processes, performs in-depth work analysis, and develops computer-generated flow charts. • Group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills. • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. • Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions. • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. • Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
