Position: Sr. Business Analyst (OTC Derivative) Location: Boston. Duration: 10-12 Months (Extendable) • Should have very good understanding of OTC derivative fixed income products, • Understands legalities around OTC Derivative products and market conventions. • Knowledge of the following products is highly desirable; Interest Rate Swaps Futures, Overnight Index Swaps, CDS, Interest Rate Caps/Floors, Libor/T-bill Basis Swaps, etc. • Experience with Summit, Calypso, MarkitWIRE, DTCC, Bloomberg, and Reuters. • Understands market documentation and works closely with legal to ensure the proper documentation of all OTC derivative products • Ability to think creatively, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve existing management and controls • Monitor internal controls and suggest procedural changes to mitigate risk and improve group efficiencies • Understanding of ISDA protocol and best practices.
