1. Multiple implementations of configuring ALE from SAP HCM to SAP SRM
(including cutover/go-live)
1. Experience mapping Plants and Purchasing Orgs that do not exist in
HCM
2. Experience with replicating customer-specific HCM infotypes to SRM
3. Experience with SRM 4.0
2. At least one implementation where customer was live on SRM
organizational structure before converting to SAP HCM organizational
structure as the source for employee data
1. Including conversion of existing SRM Org Structure attributes
2. Including existing “Z” attributes that are customer-specific
3. Experience with SRM User Creation
1. Including options around automatic user creation after new user is
sent from HCM
4. Experience with SAP Workflow substitution functionality
5. Experience with restricting access to custom attributes within SRM Org
Structure
*Preferred:*
1. Knowledge of SRM n-Step BADI workflow and how it interacts with
Organizational Structure
2. Experience with HCM 6.4 (ERP 6.0 EhP4)
