TM vs.8 is coming out of SAP ramp-up and requires knowledge of the newest functionality. Customer’s environment is highly volatile regarding transportation planning, they schedule and re-schedule up to time of shipment. Requires senior lead consultant with good soft skills as well as knowledge of SAP TM 8 functionality. *Requirements:* 1. Must have 3-5+ years of SAP TM functional requirements gathering and configuration experience including relating to: *a. **Gathering business requirements* *b. **Design and configuration of TM vs.8 components* *c. **Solution walk through, gap assessment, providing work arounds, testing and training* *d. **Maintaining required documentation per process and application determined by Client* 2. Must have previous experience as a Business Analyst with the ability to gather and document user requirements and assist in building a SAP implementation blueprint; a. Provide support to the Deployment Team during Blue Printing phase, BPPs/BPDs, Technical and Integration Design, and when identifying potential GAPs. Implement the standard AERO design, support the business in process redesign, document, and create process flow charts. 3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 5.
