Client : ST of TX - Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) Minimum Requirements: 4 years Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. 3 years Experience writing detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. 2 years Experience preparing and documenting Functional and Technical Specifications for Case Management applications. 1 years Familiar with relational database management, client-server, and demand reporting concepts. Problem solving and troubleshooting Clear, concise, effective verbal and written communication skills. Degree or Equivalent Business Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required. Preferences: Business Analyst work with case management systems in the public sector with specific experience in case worker performance metrics. MBA or other post-graduate work, and/or professional certification.
