Should be familiar with test automation as we rely heavily on automation tools. Function independently to assigned stories, find bugs with minimal directions, and able to explore to find ad-hoc bugs in the system. Be familiar with the Selenium automation framework and be able improve on and create new test scripts. Must be able to work closely with developers, BA, PM, and business owners on issues both in test cycles and in production. Be able to write and maintain test scripts.
