This project, Hyperion Planning and Budget module implementations and implementation of core financial systems, are part of larger modernization effort. The ideal candidate must have solid functional experience in implementing Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting modules such as Hyperion Planning Plus, Oracle Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management. The candidate should have experience in implementing and supporting Hyperion systems and resolving complex business and technical issues with a strong customer focus. The successful candidate must also have proven expertise in building efficient business processes and delivering projects which improve end-user productivity while maintaining appropriate business compliance controls. The consultant will also work with a diverse team of IT and business unit users and management, as well as a variety of contractor groups to assess current capabilities, identify high-level business requirement to meet business owner needs, document requirements, document “As-Is” and “To-be” process flows, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure the system.
