Rate - $40/hr all inclusive US Citizens only Role Description : Having good understanding about Active directory concepts like Sites , subnets , Domain trusts , AD recovery , metadata cleanups , Group policy, DNS etc.. . Other Technical Experience Required . Ability to design and implement SQL 2000 / 2005 from scratch; . Windows 2003/2008 Group Policy; . ASP, WMI , WSH scripting, VB; . Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory; . Windows 2000/Windows XP desktop environments. . Good Understanding of Virtual server concepts like MS virtual server, VMware etc. Windows 2003 and 2008 OS generic Understanding: . Basic operations such as administration using the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) and command-line interfaces. . Backup and restoration of settings, files, and operating system configurations. . Monitoring using the Windows event logs, System Monitor and other tools, such as Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI). . Using Regedit.exe or a similar Registry Editor to browse or edit the Windows Registry. . Basic Active Directory functions, including creating and configuring Group Policy Objects (GPO) objects and trust relationships. Data center Support - Touch support for Server and Tape Drives . Touch Support for any Hardware issue with Server and tape drive at Data Center . Work with Vendor for any hardware issue . Building Alarm system monitoring and inform security if alarm is on.
