The resource will work on a team with a manager, DBA, and technical resource. This position will include the following tasks: a. trouble shooting production problems through resolution b. interface with users on a day to day basis as issues arise c. train users on specific functionality as required d. recommending solutions such as configuration changes, patches or bug fixes, or business process changes e. raising and monitoring SR’s with Oracle f. evaluating/testing application patches, bug fixes, or development work g. managing and executing small projects as needed h.
