Define transformation rules for source to target mappings and develop the software components to support the transformation Lead the use of ETL tools (Informatica) and development of specialized software to implement the strategy Interact with Business Intelligence Lead, other staff, and other program technical staff as needed to ensure proposed development strategy and implementation meets programs objectives Ensure all software developed for migration of production data is developed, controlled, and tested to the same quality level as production software Facilitate the production release of new functionality and provide support of production issues. * * *Requirements and General Skills:* Extensive experience with Informatica ETL development and application troubleshooting, workload management, performance tuning. Experience working with high volume transactions is desired. Extensive experience as a Teradata developer and implementation and usage of tools and utilities such as Fastload, FastExport, Multiload, TPump, Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT) Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work across functional lines, and at many levels. Experience working with Cognos is desired. Ability to work on assigned tasks independently and execute with minimal direction.
