Understands SDLC and other project processes and knows where testing fits into the lifecycle. Capable of working with clients and developers to resolve issues. Detail oriented, understands software integration points. Able to direct test case and test script creation. Experience with testing tools and methodologies (load runner, mercury, test director ) Experience in Windows and Unix environments. Experience with both SQL and Oracle databases.
