*Role Requirements
Required*
The role requires strong Business Analysis skills with at least 7 years of
direct and recent professional experience including meeting facilitation,
presentation development and delivery, detailed updates to workflows and
procedures, documentation and approval routing, providing internal training
to small teams, detailed use case development, the ability to work through
detailed systems exceptions, working collaboratively with a host of
line-of-business and technical teams, gathering consensus across busy and
strained personnel, and remaining flexible to the changing nature that
accompanies a merger that is happening in parallel with a large number of
unrelated in-flight projects.
Preferred
Seasoned experience as a business analyst implementing mission critical
projects and assisting with detailed business planning and execution around
large roll-outs or mergers related to one or more of these: business team
impacts related to bank mergers, changes to level 1& 2 support solutions
around large online system launches, large call center changes or product
implementations, representing the business with technical teams supporting
the launches of online financial products, detailed involvement in the
development of banking policies/procedures, and/or the development and
delivery of training to internal support staff related to online product
launches.
Hands on experience working with back-end banking systems, batch processing,
data transformation/clean-up or date clean-up scripting.
Background as a copy writer or technical writer who has good experience
developing externally focused content for websites, marketing collateral,
customer mailings, etc.
Experience with systems from S1, Fidelity Host systems, Bill Pay, or core
banking and online banking systems

*Role Responsibilities*
Identifying and addressing gaps or integrating new online features in
relation to their impacts on business processes, policies, procedures,
business rules, online communications and support models. This could include
developing use cases, work flows, activity diagrams, communication
drafting/templates, internal training presentations, FAQ development, online
help and demo updates, etc. This work will involve working across a large
group of people at both banks including support staff, call center
leadership, legal, product management, usability and focus groups, project
management, production support staff, technical teams, etc.
Assisting Training with the development of training materials to help the
organizations prepare for the new future–state systems, support models and
organizational changes focused on eCommerce impacts. This could include
training those who will then train larger audiences.
Assisting Marketing, Internal Communication and External communications
teams with the development and/or refinement of content in support of the
planned eCommerce changes.
Helping to define and execute on the planned eCommerce related customer
conversion activities including data conversion, exception clean-up, site
updates, extended production launch support, issue triage and related issue
work-around definition.
Detailing and working through how the support teams will deal with ongoing
batch and systems exceptions post launch.
Developing drafts and building consensus around updated escalation and
support models within with the line-of-business and with external teams
(e.g. vendors, the technology organizations, etc)
Assisting with the development of systems requirements that will help with
systems integration and coordinate across ongoing merger and unrelated
in-flight eCommerce projects.
Acting a subject matter expert, as well as preparing and presenting to a
host of teams in regards to impacts and their mitigation plans, issue
briefings, and the future-state models
