Position: Salesforce.com Project Manager Location: Charlotte,NC Duration: 6+ Months *Job Description:* The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Salesforce.com analysis and/or implementation experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, handling of multiple task assignments and ability to work independently. *Qualifications:* • Advanced Salesforce.com Administrator certification - A MUST • Experienced with Salesforce analysis and writing functional and technical specifications. – A MUST • 3+ years leading and participating in entire SLDC of Salesforce.com implementations – A MUST • Experience on SFDC business workflow (different entities like opportunity, leads, account, assets etc.) desired. • Microsoft Office, Visio and Access are preferred. • Hands-on Apex is a plus • Hands-on VisualForce and API experience is a plus • Experience in the financial services or similar industry is desired - Brokerage and/or Insurance • Exposure to formal project management practices, theories, and processes is preferred • Exposure to enterprise release procedures is preferred *Functions:* • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options in multiple instances of Salesforce.com • Author and manage specifications such high-leve design, low-level design and runbook • Manage SFDC enhancement tasks/projects to support business needs • Create reports in Salesforce.com to meet operational requirements including maintaining a standard set of reports to satisfy requirements • Test and QA of enhancements/changes to SFDC(sales force dot com) deployment using SF.com sandbox • Train/support end users with the use of the SFDC application • Work with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, and support) to ensure that the configuration supports business requirements • Manage a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality • Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows • Prepare data files and upload the data in to Salesforce.com using data loader and other 3rd party tools If you interested in this job position mentioned please response with your resume in MS word format with these details: Full Name: Current Location: Contact No (Cell and Landline): Email ID: Visa Status: Availability: Currently on Project (Y/N): Open to relocate: Total Exp US Exp.
