Experienced performance engineer that participates in the Performance and Infrastructure testing activities surrounding Web based GUI used in a Contact Center environment. Participates in the project life cycle, from analysis to production implementation, with emphasis on test data metric analysis, performance testing, load/stress testing, and auditable documentation of plan and results. Candidate will be expected to work closely with development team to identify code areas that need performance improvement. *Requirements:* · Candidate has done exclusive performance testing for a minium of 2 years. · - Experience with Quality Center, QTP, Load Runner, Performance Center · - Experience presenting results to technical and business customers · - Performance testing for Java based applications Preferred Skills: Experience with Wiley Introscope · - Experience working with Financial Services and/or contact center applications.
