This role will be working in an agile/lean development environment as part of a scrum team leveraging test drive development methodologies. - Be involved with the scrum stand ups for the various sprints - Be involved with creating, updating and validating the test cases - Collaborating with other engineers and scrum teams * * *Describe the Key Projects/Deliverables associated with this role:* - Server Side Development * * *Skills/Roles Required for this Position: *(Please quantify the years of experience) Top Must Have: · 2+ years agile software development · 2+ years XP/Test Driven Development practices · 2+ years Scrum/Kanban work management practices · 4+ years Java · 4+ years JBoss, Tomcat or Apache · 2+ years JMS (Integration & Eventing) · 2+ years Spring Beans & some Spring Frameworks (Dependency Injection, Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP)) · 2+ year Hibernate and JUnit · Proficient with SVN · Excellent verbal and written Communication skills · Ability to adhere to strict design patterns and principles and at times be responsible to define them · Working knowledge of Component Based Design Principles.
