Conduct JAD Sessions with Subject Matter Experts to identify all

Complete System Design documents based on the information gathered at
the JAD Sessions with the business and developers
Conduct walkthroughs of all completed design documents with the team
to make sure the documentation is complete and development estimates are
accurate
Serve as the main liaison between business users and development staff
to ensure that all requirements are met on schedule; communicate business
requirement changes to the business users
Complete and distribute documentation in a timely manner so that
everyone is kept up-to-date on status and any issues that need to be
resolved
Clearly communicate business and technical issues and expectations to
business, and IT
Identify process gaps and implement improvement opportunities
Identify opportunities for governance controls across organization and
proactively manage risks
Maintain Project Plan, Issues Log, schedule weekly technical meetings
with development team etc when managing small / medium projects
independently
Evaluate business requirements and prepares detailed specifications
that follow project guidelines required to develop written programs
Formulate, define and document the functional system specifications
Devise or modify procedures that solve complex business problems with
due consideration for hardware/software capacity and limitations, operating
times and the desired results
Analyze and revise existing functional documentation
Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems
Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and
milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success
Assist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of
assigned work
Assists in training junior level personnel in technical complexities
of assigned work
Create Conceptual Design Documents and Functional specification
document.
Involve in Problem Identification and complex analysis.
