*Location :MO* *Duration : 1-2yrs* * * Phone Interview followed by Skype Interview *Position Objectives:* · Maintain 99.95% availability for all Hosting products and infrastructure · Interface with external clients and internal organizations to improve and implement process, procedures and automation or redundant tasks · 24 x 7 support of multiple complicated J2EE environments that utilize WebLogic 11g Application Server · Perform crisis management when necessary including root cause analysis · Design and implement support standards for new and complicated web based environments *Essential duties: * · Provide world class customer service · Perform application deployments · Architect and implement enterprise web environments · Troubleshoot problems related to web architecture and applications in conjunction with the application developers and the vendors · Perform scheduled maintenance · Responsibilities may include minor development troubleshooting in Java/J2EE · Work with external clients to provide solutions that fit within the constraints of the environment · Crisis management · Deep application expertise and understanding of modern web hosting technologies · Ability to analyze and resolve performance issues · Provide off-hours support as needed · Document and automate processes within the hosting environment *Required skills:* · The candidate for this position must be at an expert level and possess six (6) or more years of experience with the installation, configuration, and operational support of Weblogic 11g Application Server · Expert in Apache installation, configuration, and administration · Basic understanding of at least 2 of the following application servers, WebSphere, WebLogic, Jboss, Tomcat, Resin Application Server · The ability to make influential recommendations and decisions on web engineering activities within several environments across multiple clients while working closely with the customer and internal technical teams · Ability to create and modify Unix shell scripts to automate repeatable tasks · Basic understanding of Oracle 9i–10g-11g RAC, switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers · Application monitoring and tuning · Basic RedHat Linux system administration · Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Desired skills:* · J2EE development for enterprise level applications · Experience with installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus · Actuate, Cognos, Interwoven, Repliweb, & Control-M experience highly desired · Strong Shell scripting, Python/Jython, and Perl programming experience · Wily Introscope/Precise I3 knowledge is a plus · Expert understanding of 2 or more of the following application servers, WebSphere, WebLogic, Jboss, Tomcat, Resin Application Server, and PHP *Education or Equivalent Experience:* · Preferred Four year college degree or equivalent experience · 6 or more years experience administering WebLogic Application Server *Thanks & Regards* *Sudheer * *Oberon IT, Inc * *Email: [email protected]* *Phone # 972- 432- 6537 * *Fax: 800 218 2820* *YM: [email protected]* *GM:[email protected]*** -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
