The resource filling this position will be responsible for collaborating with the Scrum team’s other engineering and business resources throughout the sprint planning and execution processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have a rich background in the testing discipline and one or more Agile methodologies as well as experience in coding, scripting, test automation, or some other aspect of software development. The candidate filling this role will be expected to work with software architects, engineering leaders, and other members of the test organization to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of project testing in order to support product quality and sprint velocity. This includes identifying test approaches, executing and/or automating testing tasks, and researching high-impact test techniques to improve the effectiveness of test coverage. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with the HP Quality Center tool set.
