The Bank has a Data Mart in the Individual Business Data Warehouse, utilizing MicroStrategy as the BI reporting tool. The source Deposit and Mortgage Accounting systems employ their own versions of ad hoc reporting tools that are utilized in some capacity. Microsoft Office applications, especially Access and Excel, are utilized to bridge gaps within the other reporting tools. Reporting from other applications and turnkey processes, such as Commission Management and Blackberry reporting, are also within the scope of Sales reporting. *Responsibilities include:* - Becoming proficient in all reporting tools used by the Business Intelligence Management Group - Developing a strong understanding of the source systems that pass data to the reporting systems and the relationships within the data - Oversight, creation, execution, and delivery of Reports, Dashboards, and Scorecards, utilizing one or more of the reporting tools, in an accurate and timely manner - Maintenance of system User data, such as Commission Plans or Sales Office information - Supporting and managing special projects, ad-hoc management requests, and issue resolution - Meeting regularly with all Bank departments to review current reporting and identify improvements and efficiencies - Interfacing closely with Bank Management, Operations, and Sales Support to identify and implement enhanced reporting and analytics, used in strategic planning of future Bank initiatives - Business liaison for all Reporting system enhancement projects, defining Business Requirements and being responsible for testing, issues management, signoff, post-implementation review, and User communication - Developing and maintaining documentation for all reporting performed by the Bank - Supporting and interfacing with other Bank Reporting groups, such as Marketing - Actively promoting and facilitating best use of existing sales reporting and tracking systems - Training and mentoring less senior members of group - Keeping up-to-date with all current and planned functionality within the supported Reporting systems and identifying potential Bank opportunities and benefits through its utilization * * *Job Requirements*** -Education: BA preferred -3 + years Financial Institution or Financial Reporting background with hands-on application experience -Strong analytic and interpersonal skills -Strong written and verbal communications -Ability to assume ownership of specific functions and/or products; and to lead and manage multiple tasks -Ability to work independently as well as partner with others as a team -Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and statistics -Experience with BI or ad hoc reporting tools, especially MicroStrategy, a plus -Ability to learn and utilize various Banking Applications for reporting and analysis -Willing to take the initiative to improve processes and resolve problems Thanks & Regards, *Monalisa.* *Business Development Manager.* *Aita Consulting Services Inc| *197 Route 18 South, Suite 3000, | East Brunswick, NJ 08816*| *www.aitacs.com** [email protected]| Phone:732-546-3856 |Fax: 732-357-3807.
