Position: ORACLE HTB DEVELOPER Location: Sacramento Duration: 18 months Description : 1. At least three (3) years experience implementing healthcare information exchange using Oracle HTB product in a large health care organization; 2. At least three (3) years experience developing health information management that includes Oracle HTB, Oracle Middleware, Orion Portal and Initiate EMPI or equivalent; 3. Experience implementing Oracle HTB, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Initiate EMPI, and Orion Concerto Portal in a single integrated environment; 4. At least three (3) years experience implementing Business-to-Business (B2B) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions using Health Level 7 (HL7) and Oracle HTB; 5. At least five (5) years experience performing application architecture and development services in a public and/or private health care sector environment; 6. Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Oracle HTB software within a complex application; 7. Experience monitoring, supporting and maintaining the normal functioning of the Oracle HTB application in a health care system; 8. Knowledge and experience of the various phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC); and 9. Experience producing requirements documents, application architectures, system interfaces, data models, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals. Desirable Qualifications: 1. Possession of Orion, Initiate, Oracle technology or IT career certification(s) acknowledging area of specialization; 2. Experience with CPHCS’s Clinical Data Repository implementation or an equivalent project; 3. Experience deploying enterprise technology solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment; 4. Ability to understand business requirements and translate into requirements for solution capabilities; 5. Strong analytical skills to assess current application and infrastructure architecture, and identify improvement opportunities; 6.
