Project (1) - Global SCT project background: · Replace / retrofit existing supply contract solutions to the standardized global supply contract tracking tool (CDB Rhine, SCT Canada, XFOR US) · Integrate with US Trading SAP system “Endur” · Standardize integration and reporting across the connected applications * * *Roles and Responsibilities:* Project (1) – Global Supply Contract tool · Responsible for the planning and scope analysis, design, build, testing and deployment · Detail the Feasibility Report on deployment of Global SCT into US, aligned with the Trading Blueprint programme · Requirement elicitation covering both functional and non-functional (technical) requirement · Work with the Global Process Lead and key business users to refine the requirements, addressing requirement gaps, analyze impact, detail issues and risks · Analyze gaps/ new changes to be incorporated from the local solution into the global design · covering functional and non-functional requirement, test planning, change management, communications and deployment reporting to the Project Manager · Work with the development team to detailed the changes required · Work with the testing team to ensure the solution acceptance · Work with the business focal points in refining the requirement, addressing requirement gaps, analyze impact, detail issues and risks · Work with the BAM team to transition knowledge and solution to the support organization. · Supports the Project Manager to ensure the project governance and PCP sign-off is obtained timely *Domestic Travel Required: * None *International Travel Required: * 10% *Technical Skills and Experience:* - Skills and Experience - General knowledge on supply chain - Skills required to performed the role described above - Experienced in managing stakeholder expectations and communication. Must be able to translate IT requirements/context into lay language for Business stakeholders to understand and appreciate, and vice-versa. - Able to present ideas and convince users to accept difficult alternatives. Demonstrate courage to challenge status quo of existing processes/practices. - Critical thinking skills i.e. are able to ask probing questions to obtain deeper knowledge of underlying processes and issues. - Good documentation and presentation skills. Experience in writing technical and functional documentation is preferred.
