Requirement: Need a Sr. Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Compensation Workbench Techno-Functional Resource for my end client in Crestview, WI. The project is 5+ months and starts June 27, 2011. Ideally, I need a Senior Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Compensation Workbench resource who must have thorough Functional experience of multiple currency and business groups pertaining to compensation workbench, must have a strong background with compensation processes (i.e. Merit, Bonus, and Stock Options on global basis) as well as Oracle module and release expertise to include (but not limited to): Oracle Advanced benefits, Oracle Compensation Work Bench, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll. Experience with Fast Formula, HR APIs from functional standpoint and high level understanding of Self-Service personalization. This resource must have experience in prior Oracle ERP implementations with proven experience in Analysis, Scoping, Design, Data Conversions, Testing, CRPs & Cutovers, must be able to use TOAD / SQL Navigator for Queries and analysis and must have knowledge on tables surrounding respective modules and have solid technical expertise in PL/SQL, Forms 6i/Reports 6i is needed.
