Position 1: Business Objects Lead Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 6 months+ Total Positions - 2 Rate: DOE (Corp-Corp/1099) Hands on in Business Objects, Data Warehousing and SQL 1. Excellent communication skills: Should be crisp, coherent and to the point. [No exceptions on this as this will be business front ending position] 2. Excellent BO skills: Preferably XI R3 but extensive experience in conjunction with a data warehouse. 3. Detailed understanding of DW concepts - Fact, Dimension, Attributes, measures etc 4. Excellent database skills: (Not DBA skills) Ability to use the knowledge of database internals to tune SQLs - explain plans, indexes, statistics, optimizer, logical/physical IO etc 5. Attitude: Should be able to fit into the exiting team dynamics. High level of maturity; Business/project team is really demanding; Not succumb to fast paced environment; Position 2: Business Objects Developer with Oracle Location: NJ Duration: 6 months+ Total Positions - 2 Rate: DOE (Corp-Corp/1099) . 7+ years of experience in ORACLE and Business Objects . Very experienced in Oracle database with experience in troubleshooting sql scripts. . Must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with developers & project stakeholders. . Work as part of a team in determining the root cause of issues. . Support customer reported issues in a timely and concise manner. . Proficiency in troubleshooting application software level and system software level issues in Oracle and Business Objects . Proficiency in managing teams around the world with strong communication skills with all levels of people. . Ability to support and document, by analyzing complicated enterprise specific business rules, and recommend improvements.
