MUST be strong in Actionscript . MUST be strong in object-oriented principles . Ability to strategically architect re-usable components . MUST be strong in libraries (common libraries, RSL) . Must have designed and developed Flex 3.0 custom components for use across the application . MUST be strong in Flex Modules & dynamic loading of components . Must have good experience in inter-application communication, communication between modules, as well as communication between Flex & non-Flex apps . Possess an understanding of Actionscript Design Patterns and implemented them . Must have experience in Adobe Flex development frameworks especially PureMVC . Should have experience/knowledge on BlazeDS or LCDS (GraniteDS etc) In-Depth Knowledge of Flex component internals is a must . Hands on experience in Flex coding, troubleshooting . Good understanding of asynchronous calls and AJAX . HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills - Have good knowledge Like-to-haves: . Performance tuning . Flex Certification . POC development . Migration from lower version to higher . Performance Tuning of Flex applications Java/J2EE & Database: . MUST be strong in Core Java (OOPS concepts, Exception handling, Collection, Garbage Collection) . MUST be strong in commonly used Design Patterns and used them in projects . In-depth knowledge of Spring is a must . Hands on experience on coding, troubleshooting . Good knowledge in JSP, Servlets . Good knowledge and experience in frameworks like Struts etc. . Multi-threading, messaging protocol is a plus . Performance tuning of Java applications is a plus . Good knowledge in application server/web server configurations .
