*LOCATION: Mount Laurel, NJ/ Portland, ME/ Remote RATE: **$32 on C2C basis.* * * *MUST HAVES:* -Advanced knowledge of Netware 6.5 and eDirectory 8.8 - Advanced knowledge ZENworks 7 -Thorough understanding of server technologies, OS patch management and system troubleshooting. Scripting experience preferred, Perl or VBscript a plus. - Advanced knowledge of networking technologies. - Provides operational support for servers, OS, core applications and hardware and ongoing support for Netware, eDirectory, ZENworks, SUSE Linux, and IDM - Works with IT groups, LOB and third party vendor on upgrades to server components or replacement, assists application owners, system administrators, PCLAN and Service Desk in troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Applies new releases from vendors, applies patches, designs, installs and configuration and maintains test server operating system, related utilities and hardware. - Works with desktop engineering teams to troubleshoot server issues impacting the desktop environment. - Maintains meta directory - Provides technical guidance and training to Level I & II admins and shares information with peers - Responsible for keeping all documentation current. - Provides automated solutions and tools to recurring issues - Participates in design and implementation for infrastructure projects - Serves as Lead Engineer for large infrastructure projects.
