Need SAP CRM Location: Secaucus, NJ Duration: 12 Months Skills: Experienced CRM consultant and solution architect with elaborate experience in multiple full life cycle CRM projects Should have excellent understanding of CRM especially in the Customer Interaction Center module (including with SAP BCM). Must have a good understanding of the overall CRM solution and it's integration with ERP capabilities (calling inbound and outbound transactions from ERP in IC-webclient, integration with ERP FSCM) Must have detailed experience in the design and delivery of solution in this domain based on client requirements.
