Specifically the admin console, and SSUI. This candidate will be used in a shared role as a tester as well as on our support/ops team. *Support Skills:* We will also use these resources as part of our support team, this means they will have to work with customers in resolving their ITIM issues. Good troubleshooting skills, Good communication skills. Candidate has to be willing and able to work with internal customers and must understand how ITIM works. We are also looking for candidates with scripting skills, korn shell, perl, basic etc.. MQ Series, DB2, Aix, Unix, Linux skills is necessary as we support these OS's. *Testing Skills:* What we are looking for is someone who will understand our business requirements and use cases, in order to create test plans/test cases. They will need to know how to interact with admin console, and admin ssui in order to carry out provisioning requests to launch secondary controls, ensure approvals are launched and when received that itim takes the proper action. Also will need to ensure that emails generated from itim are following our standard format, as well as providing required information so users can understand.
