Position:Remedy Admin Location: Herndon,VA Duration: 6+ Months *No H1, EAD will do. Citizen req * *Rate: $40/hr* * * * * *Perform tool administration for Remedy 7.5, ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management) and CMDB activities like:* o Platform Support for ARS Dev , Test and Prod environments, o Maintain and troubleshoot system issues o Coordinate with module owners and vendor to install ARS and ITSM components, o Apply product fixes, patches and configuration changes to support the business process, o Provide subject matter expertise for solution design and LOE analysis o Perform configurations and code changes to support the process automations and o Create reports from ITSM and CMDB. • Support the development of reconciliation and normalization rules to populate and maintain the CMDB. *Successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:* • 3+ years with BMC Remedy development and administration. • 3+ years working in ITSM configuration and development • 2+ years with CMDB implementation and configuration • 6+ years of progressive IT experience. • Experience with ADDM would be preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. * * If you interested in this job position mentioned please response with your resume in MS word format with these details: Full Name: Current Location: Contact No (Cell and Landline): Email ID: Visa Status: Availability: Currently on Project (Y/N): Open to relocate: Total Exp US Exp.
