*Location: ** Jefferson City, MO *** *Duration: 1 plus years* *See the YELLOW portions for what “really” need in a candidate. *** - Overall management of delivery for 1 or more projects in an IT program - Delivery of project to customer on schedule and budget with quality including scope management at the project level - Plan, monitor, control and execute project delivery tasks - Supports and reports to Program Manager – IT Development - Ensure project compliance with PMO processes - Manage the project level issues and risks as well as implement mitigation plans for the identified project risks - Review all project contractual deliverables - Communicate status of project internally and to the customer - Act as primary liaison between company and client at the Project Level - Handle communication of change requests, review impact analysis - Project communication management - Direct and manage project execution, monitor and control project work - Define and manage project scope - Collaborate with other stakeholders on resource allocation - Personnel management of project team - Provides next escalation point for unresolved issues / unmitigated risks from the Project Team(s) in the company governance structure § Proven leadership skills along with time and project management skills. § Excellent written and verbal communication skills. § Work well with technical and non-technical staff. Understand technical requirements. § Expertise in using Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Visio.
